  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
